The Panasonic AJ-SD93 is a professional half-rack DVCPRO 50/25 video recorder with the ability to perform DV format recordings and playback, including DVCAM! The FireWire access makes it easily connect to existing non-linear editors, such as Final Cut Pro. Its outstanding picture quality is maintained with a 58dB signal to noise ratio. It features two audio channels with 48kHz sampling. The unit's compact frame makes it ideal for small editing workstations, studios and OB vans.

• DV Format Recording and Playback

The AJ-SD93 is a DVCPRO 50 VTR that provides DVCPRO 25 and DV format functions. Recording and playback are possible with both standard and mini sized DV cassettes for cost effective applications. The unit will even accept the four hour large cassette for DV recordings.

• Joystick Search and Menu Features

The front panel of the deck has a small wheel for jog/shuttle functions and to navigate the menu system. The joystick controller also can be used to select time code values
